Orders are produced within 2 to 7 days. working days depending on the items. Depending on the products chosen and the place of shipment, the delivery time is variable. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping location.
Shipping to Canada in the United States :
- Regular delivery , purchase of $149.99 and less (4 to 15 business days): $9.99
- Free delivery, purchase of $150.00 and more (4 to 15 business days): Free
You may be charged customs fees depending on your address and where it is being shipped from.
Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently stamped or damaged envelopes or packages.
SHIPPING
Shipping and order processing will take at least 2-7 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you.
Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently stamped or damaged envelopes or packages.
Exchange and refund
Orders for custom printed items are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Since our items are handmade, variations may occur from order to order, or from piece to piece.
Items are non-refundable if there is a size issue . Since all garments are printed and sewn to order, we cannot replace or remake them if the size ordered is not correct. Please choose the appropriate size based on our measurement charts.
In order to resolve issues, we must be notified within a reasonable time of the product's shipment date. For any issues with an order, we must be contacted within ten days of the shipment date for Canada and the USA or within fifteen days for international orders or we may not be able to resolve the issue .
If there is an error with your order or you wish to make changes after placing your order, you must contact us within eight hours of placing the order or the next business day if the order was placed over the weekend .

Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) undertakes not to disclose any information and personal data provided by our customers. This information is used only for internal use for verification purposes, and will never be transmitted to third parties.
