Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes on our site are not included in the prices displayed as well as customs fees and customs clearance taxes if applicable or shipping and handling costs, unless otherwise noted.

When ordering, you agree that the total liability of Pegaze Communication (Rockin West), under claim, is limited only to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to Pegaze Communication's liability.


Orders are produced within 2 to 12 business days depending on the items for printing before delivery. Our inventory is dispersed in our distribution centers in Canada, United States and Internationally. Depending on the products chosen and the shipping location, the delivery time varies. When placing an order you may receive several deliveries depending on the shipping location and inventory.

Shipping to Canada in the United States :

- Regular delivery, purchase of phone case (4 to 15 working days): $3.00

- Regular delivery , purchase of $149.99 or less (4 to 15 business days): $9.99

- Free delivery, purchase of $150.00 or more (4 to 15 business days): Free

You may be charged customs fees depending on your address from which it is shipped.

Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage-paid or damaged envelopes or packages.

Exchange and refund

Orders for custom printed items are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Since our items are handmade, variations may occur from order to order, or from piece to piece.

Items are not refundable if there is a size problem . Since all garments are printed and sewn to order, we cannot replace or remake them if the size ordered is not correct. Please choose the appropriate size based on our measurement charts.

In order to resolve problems, we must be notified within a reasonable time of the date the product is shipped. For any problems with an order, we must be contacted within ten days of the shipping date for Canada and the USA or within fifteen days for international orders or we may not be able to resolve the problem .

If there is an error with your order or if you wish to make changes after you have placed your order, you must contact us within eight hours of placing the order or the next business day if the order was placed over the weekend .

Privacy Policy

Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) undertakes not to disclose any information and personal data provided by our customers. This information is used only for internal use for verification purposes, and will never be transmitted to third parties.

Customers have the right to access, modify and delete their data.
