Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Taxes on our site are not included in the prices displayed as well as customs fees and customs clearance taxes if applicable or shipping and handling charges, unless otherwise stated.
When placing an order, you agree that Pegaze Communication's (Rockin West) total liability, under any claim, is limited only to the purchase price paid for the product giving rise to Pegaze Communication's liability.
Preparation of orders and delivery
The products are made and printed to order within 2 to 6 working days depending on the items for printing before delivery. Our inventory is dispersed in our distribution centers in Canada, United States. Depending on the products chosen and the place of shipment, the delivery time is variable.

*** From October 3 to January 22 , a surcharge of $0.25 or $0.50 will be added to all orders whose destination address is in the United States. The amount of the surcharge will depend on the product category. Addition of the carrier for this period.
Customs fees may be charged depending on your address and the departure address of the warehouse from which it is shipped.
Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, postage-due or damaged envelopes or packages.
Exchange and refund
Orders of custom printed items are non-refundable. If there is a problem with your order, we will be happy to work with you to find a solution. Since our items are handmade, variations may occur from order to order, or piece to piece.
Items are non-refundable if there is a sizing issue . Since all garments are printed and sewn to order, we cannot replace or remake them if the size ordered is not the correct one. Please choose the appropriate size based on our measurement charts.
In order to resolve any issues, we must be notified within a reasonable time of the date the product is shipped. For any issues with an order, we must be contacted within ten days of the ship date for Canada and USA or within fifteen days for international orders or we may not be able to resolve the issue .
If there is an error with your order or if you wish to make changes after placing your order, you must contact us within eight hours of placing the order or the next working day if the order was placed over the weekend .
Privacy Policy
Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) undertakes not to disclose any information and personal data provided by our customers. This information is used only for internal use for verification purposes, and will never be transmitted to third parties.
Customers have the right to access, modify and delete their data.
