ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY
Orders are produced within 2 to 6 business days depending on the item for printing before delivery. Our inventory is dispersed in our distribution centers in Canada, United States. Depending on the products chosen and the place of shipment, the delivery time is variable.

*** From October 3 to January 22 , a surcharge of $0.25 or $0.50 will be added to all orders whose destination address is in the United States. The amount of the surcharge will depend on the product category. Addition of the carrier for this period.
Customs fees may be charged depending on your address and the departure address of the warehouse from which it is shipped.

DISPATCH
Shipping and processing of orders will take at least 2-6 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our distribution centers. Once your order has shipped, it will be shipped via the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout.
Rockin West is NOT responsible for:
Delays with shipping and international duties or customs fees.
Products lost or damaged in the mail. The Canadian or US Postal Service or other carrier will be responsible once the package is shipped.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed.
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to your order address.
We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time, as order processing may take 1-2 business days and we cannot be held responsible. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the carrier. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet guaranteed shipping times.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that they enter the delivery address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very small delay in canceling/changing your order or changing the order address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@rockinwest.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:
We can not guarantee whether you will be charged any tax or duty or not. You are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective fees and rates on packages arriving from outside your country. International customers (outside of Canada and the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes charged by your country. For our Canadian customers, some of our products may be shipped from our US distribution centers so we are unable to indicate if there will be any charges or the amount of such charges. For all international shipments we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent to find out the respective fees and rates on a package coming from outside your country.
