ORDERS PREPARATION AND DELIVERY

Orders are produced within 2 to 7 business days depending on the item. Depending on the products chosen and the shipping location, the delivery time varies. The delivery time varies depending on the shipping location.

Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently stamped or damaged envelopes or packages.

SHIPPING

Shipping and processing Orders will take at least 2-7 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided to you.

Rockin West is NOT responsible for:

Delays with shipping and international duties or customs fees.

Products lost or damaged in the mail. The Canadian or US postal service or other carrier will be responsible once the package is shipped.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or the delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, the tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us once the estimated delivery time has passed.

All of our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time, as order processing may take 1-2 business days and we cannot be held responsible. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the carrier. We will NOT refund additional shipping costs if the carrier does not meet the guaranteed shipping times.

INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to cancel/modify your order or change the address on the order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@rockinwest.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for their respective fees and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. International customers (outside of Canada and the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes charged by your country. For our Canadian customers, some of our products may be shipped from our US distribution centers so we are unable to advise if there will be any fees or how much they may be. For all international shipments we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for their respective fees and rates on a package coming from outside of your country.
