ORDER PREPARATION AND DELIVERY

Orders are produced within 2 to 12 business days depending on the items for printing before delivery. Our inventory is dispersed in our distribution centers in Canada, United States and Internationally. Depending on the products chosen and the shipping location, the delivery time varies. When placing an order you may receive several deliveries depending on the shipping location and inventory.

Shipping to Canada in the USA :

- Regular delivery, purchase of phone case (4 to 15 working days): $3.00

- Regular delivery , purchase of $149.99 or less (4 to 15 business days): $9.99

- Free delivery, purchase of $150.00 or more (4 to 15 business days): Free

You may be charged customs fees depending on your address and where it is shipped from.

Pegaze Communication (Rockin West) is not responsible for lost, misdirected, insufficiently postage-paid or damaged envelopes or packages.

SHIPPING

Shipping and processing orders will take at least 2-12 business days to process and package before they are shipped out of our distribution centers. Once your order has been shipped, it will be shipped via the shipping method selected and paid for at checkout.

Rockin West is NOT responsible for:

From delays with shipping and international duties or customs charges.

Products lost or damaged in the mail. The Canadian or US postal service or other carrier will be responsible once the package is shipped.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or delivery of your package, please contact the carrier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to appear. In rare cases, tracking information may not be updated, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held responsible for packages whose tracking information indicates that the package was delivered to your order address.

We are NOT responsible if the package is not delivered within the guaranteed shipping time as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be held responsible. If the item is not delivered on time, please contact the carrier. We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet guaranteed shipping times.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is a very small delay in canceling/changing your order or changing the order address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please email us at info@rockinwest.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.


IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS:

We cannot guarantee whether or not you will be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs fees, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective fees and rates on packages originating outside your country. International customers (outside of Canada and the United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs and local taxes charged by your country. For our Canadian customers, some of our products may be shipped from our US distribution centers so we are unable to indicate whether there will be charges or the amount of those charges. For all international shipments we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for the respective charges and rates on a package originating outside your country.
